Cancellation of the Course (A) Once you have registered for a course the following cancellation policy applies:
(B) In case of a short-term illness or absence (or for example if you or your child is put in quarantine due to Covid-19), except for cases specified above in Clause 2) (A), you are not eligible to cancel the course and receive a refund for missed lessons. The British Council does not give partial refunds. (C) The credit kept under Clause 2) (A) above must be used or transferred to another person and used by this person by the end of the current Academic Year and in case of a yearly payment – no later than in the first Term of the following Academic Year. Unused and non-transferred credits are nullified. (D) The refund or credit will be provided only upon receiving the original British Council receipt attached to your written request. Refunds can only be paid by bank transfer; please attach your bank account details to your written request. (E) We do not allow course cancellations and refund/ keeping a credit after more than 50% of the course has taken place for any reason. |
